建学校好还是不好

Recently, the governments announce that they will be built a senior school nearby my communities. These announcement arose a widely comment in my neighborhoods. Somebody advocate this project and think it will bring benefit for them, but others have different views. They assume that the building will disturb their daily lives which they had been used to and brings (provoke) a lot of disadvantages that they do not want to. As far as I am concerned, the beneficial effects, which school brings, are far more than their bad.

First and foremost, a school which locates beside the community will produce many favorable effects to the people living nearby. Students who live in the neighborhood can take less time on the way to school than before. For example, before building the school, teenager may takes about 30minutes on the road, while they can save more than 15minutes after the construction finished. By sum the time they saved, children can spare about 2.5 hours at least per week, 10 hours per month! Thus, it will shorten the time that children cost and let them have more time and energy to take part in outclass activities, and broaden their horizon which is good for their future career.

Besides, having a school nearby is good for child’s studies. Young people have chance to come back home to having lunch and take a break at noon. However, they have to eating in the school cafeteria or outside school, either the foods are not as delicious as parents made, and cannot have a rest. It will make students feel tired during lessons; decrease the efficiency of comprehending about teachers impartment and other negative influence. A data which from an authority educate organization shows that the students who have good rest during the break gain more score in the text than others who never sleep at noon. Thus, studying near home can lead child take good achievement more easily.

As the saying goes,” Every Coin Has Two Sides”, living beside school has no exception too. School will bring some negative influence, which are some residents worried about. For instance, lots of children and parents may worsen the quality of traffic and causing traffic jam in the rush hour.

From what have been discussed above, we can easily draw the conclusion that the project of school is good for block development. Although the building may arouse some trouble to the dwellers, it cannot be compared with the superiorities of community school. Therefore, I will advocate the school project and do my best on persuading others to support it.
