大概是这个意思;

最初的房屋贷款协会象个有限的生活基金组织,会员们每月交点钱给公共的基金,然后呢就从基金里取钱付房屋抵押贷款.

其实跟现在的房屋抵押贷款掉了个儿,先抵押贷款,然后每月还贷款.道理一样.LZ大概没贷过款买房子,偶是过来人,所以知道点儿.呵呵.

我理解的大意是：

最初的房屋和借贷组织是作为一个有限的（特别的）生活基金建立起来的。她的成员按照参加入会时的协议，每月付钱到基金。然后，大家轮流从通过基金来获得房屋贷款。
