Well, I went to MissiState. general speaking Starkville is not a too bad place to live except no many Chinese restaurants to go to, Walmart is the biggest supermarket in town. living standard is one of the lowest accross America. People are very friendly. It is a very safe place. The closest large city is Memphis, TN, which is about 178 miles north. I spend 14 months there in a NSF research lab. I like that experience. it worked like a buffer for those who first came to the US. after that experience I went to Chicago, I felt it relatively easy to get used to the life in Chicago after my experience in MSU. It is not a very good school, but if you just looking for a degree then it certainly is a good place to study. Good Luck, potential Bull Dog. |
