请问,我要去加拿大留学,男朋友在美国留学,我在留学期间,我能出入美国吗?又什么手续吗?他可以出入加拿大吗?

you have to apply a visa to go to the states unless you carry the canadian passport...or he has the u.s. passport he can come to canada no problem... if you guys both on study permit...No...visa is required...
