You have enough money to purchase
either a house or a business.
Which would you choose to buy?
Give specific reasons to explain your choice.

21:06-21:25
If I have enough money to buy either a house or a business, I
would like to choose the latter one.

I take this business as my choice for three reasons as follows:
First of all, I think business can make more money than a house.
Though the immobile asset is also a big deal of wealth, they
raise their own value slowly, but business, as contrast, can
make money much faster.  For example, I can take this business
with a co-corporation.  And the investers will indulge more
money to expand the business of my partner and I.

Secondly, when I am doing business, I get more chances to
learn more financial information in the economical market.
Perhaps, one may argue that in the real asset market, one
can also learn much knowledge in economy.  I would rather
prefer doing business.  Because in the business world, the
competition is much fiercer, and the transaction is much more,
so there are much more pressuer and chanllenges to incite me
into studying better and deligently.

Last but not the least, I think there are less risks in the
business world than in the real asset market.  Perhaps one may
argue again that it is much safer to do business in the real
asset market than in the business world.  I suppose not.  Since
recent years, the profit rate of the real asset market has
varied greatly, people tend to avoid the overheat of
the real asset transaction.

In conclusion, I would like to use this big sum of money to
buy a business rather than a house.
