还是in the name  of progress

   我觉得是E，

   A中has 表示that修饰progress，于是意思上就是：progress has decimated native peoples

   E是说：devastation and enslavement  have decimated the native peoples

   感觉E对，不确定，大家讨论。。。

还有个问题devastation and enslavement 前有the与没有the有什么区别

似乎好像大家比较倾向E
