急问有关寄送老托福成绩

哪位朋友知道老托福成绩（06年9月考的），怎样寄送阿？我登陆了www.ets.org   网站，但付费方式只有以下几种：

• Credit/debit card (required for online registration) — American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or VISA®. Note: Any debit/check card branded with one of the five accepted credit card logos can be processed. (Note: Credit card payment option is not available to examinees testing in Nigeria and examinees with Nigerian mailing address.)
      
• Money order
• International money order
• Authorization voucher
• Bank draft (internationally)
• Western Union^® Quick Pay^sm—when completing the form, use the following under “Pay To:” Company Name: Educational Testing Service; City Code: TOEFLPROGRAM NJ; Country: U.S.A. You must include your original Western Union Quick Pay Receipt with your form. Copies or facsimiles WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as valid payment.
      
• UNESCO coupons (internationally)

     这些国外信用卡我都没有，我到底该怎么付费呢？谢谢！

国内的双币卡就可以，一般是 master or visa, 据我所知 建行、招行的都可以，交行不行（年初，现在怎么样确定），中行的没用过。

送分方式一般有：电话、邮政信件、传真3种，

个人觉得电话比较好。

我说的就是老托福，所有手段都是打到美国的，酱紫
