[原创]12.10 流浪汉励志冲刺帖。

这个月剩2天半，下个月还有8天（一天在路上），不管未来怎样，我都要保持坚强。

首先有个自知自明，我不是乞丐也不是牛人，所以不期望太高，也不祈求ets，希望通过最后的努力给自己和关心自己的人一个满意的答卷。目标就定在96分，比一战提高11分。在ibt上已经花了7000银子，二战完后应该远不止这个数了，相信花费超过我的cders 还大有人在。总之，差不多每提高一分就一千块。

ets，休想再来伤害我们。。。我们不是沉默的羔羊！

之前已经按计划进行了三天了. Wednesday 11.28 距考试 9 天。

早上7:00, 背诵 新概念（三），德克的猪推荐的1篇，

Funny or not？有用的词汇，thoroughly=completely, compensate for sth, Charlie Chaplin's early films. say 的用法

                                             be bound up with.... come in to fashion.... pester sb to do sth

Nothing to sell and nothing to buy. 有用的词汇有：dignity，deliberately, occasionally=sometimes, sacrifice freedom.

8:30, 口语ibt真经，12.03口语题，第一题语调有点高，没有说完两个点，第二题，问用什么方式和family, friends沟通，我采用了wether。。。。depends on。。。句式开头，fimily 用phone call， friends 用email和online chatting。第三题，restriction of school activity, 第二点没有听明白，litter，trash，trashbin，dustbin没有一个听明白的。第四题，讲word framing. 举了两个例子，一个天气，一个药品广告，用了句式......and......have the same meaning, but the former...,the later..... 第五题：汽车坏了要修理，没法准备考试了。第六题。讲good charaacteric of teacher,可以用到口语中，1. give students confidence. 2. collect feedback. 都是form her experience.

先纪录到这，做听写去了。。。

一篇关于health 的报告，讲的是nitric oxide 在blood transfusion中起得作用，blood will lose 75% nitric oxide in one day and will lead patients' death in heart attack and stroke. 最后讲通过狗的试验，可以correct the function of stored blood.

一篇关于laser application in surgery. laser working more effectively in tissue than in water. stretching make the laser works more precisely.

贴一篇刚写的作文，写得不好拿出来晒，路过的有时间帮忙修改一下。

Being a leader or a member?(花了35分钟，超时了，几个词忘了怎么拼了。）

The foremost point is that leaders could learn more professional technology and foster various sort of characteristics for success. A leader joins in the team to discuss and research, but more vital thing is that he makes a decision finally. One simply decision may need both professional and social experience to support. For example, whether a marketing manager chooses to invest in China or India depends on the market situation, the investment environment, the government policy and even the culture of the country. He/she have to master that knowledge by himself/herself or from other medias say, other members of the group. Once a decision haves been made, the leader will pay more attention on the whole executing process. The manager might face the dramatic changes from the market or the challenges from rivals. Only with the responsibility, perseverance, passion and other personalities, leader could lead the group to the final success.

Moreover, leaders acquire more respect than other members in the group. A simple social phenomenon demonstrates the truth. Studies show that people only remember the top 10 members of the top 100 rich men all over the world, and Number 1 of the winners of Olympic game. Did others in the rank are not important or excellent enough? Many Short-distance runners get a score only 0.01 second later than the champions in the same group, and they do a good job enough. But seldom people will remember them. A leader is delegated the first place in the group, so he/she will obtains more honor..

Being a leader, you can do what you want to do, whether the consequence is positive or negative. The abundant professional and social knowledge with the admirable personalities will make a leader’s life more worthwhile.

听写两篇，一篇关于calculator。将它的正面和反面的作用。调查了12个国家的学生。观点是在high school之前最好不用，会limit thinking ability. 文中还提到了acient calculator，即abacus。

另一篇讲 pregnant Ecuadorian bats lick mud to fertilize the young's growing bone. 另一种是吃insect 的靠食物来获得。indigenous people也有同样的习惯。

口语：11.21

第一题，enjoyable events in your childhood, 我答得summer vocation, swimming, clamb moutains, cheap fruits...第二题，landmarks，history sites useful or not for vistiors to know about the city, 我的观点，no，those represent the history of the city, but not the future and present. 2. many new blooming cities have few of those. for example Shenzhen.第三题，new parking policy, 1。on-campus students always drive to other place like supre market, movie theater or for a  partime job. 2. off-campous should drive to school earlier to get parking lots.

第四题，举了个Mr.John as a candidate vote for president 的例子，1。讲的是financial content to get more confidnece.2

when he had to reading and speaking, he use eye contact to get more attention from audience.

第五题，女人有个summer arts program, she has a problem to show something new to attact students. 两个建议，1. visit europe, but too costly. 2. visit nearby community, professional guides will help students. for me, choose later for safe, cheaper expense and more practical experience. 第六题缺了

口语：2006.11.19

第一题，activity after working, basketball, 1.sports ability peers acdemmic ability. 2. make some friends. 3. learn team work spirit. 第二题，get up early and sleep early. 1. could have a jog in mornign take fresh air.2. a good habit for working. 3 sleeping late will bother neighbors.第三题，notice, 1.walking on wooden floors creats noise disturbing students.2. few stu pay attention to outdate devices like painting hanging on the wall 3.should provide more materials in reference section.第si题，不是很明白，allergies，举了一个john例子说明dust mite as a stimulus causing sneezing and running nose.第五题，Professor Roler have a students not being to join in the test. 1.give her a exemption, unfair to others. 2.turn on a writting assignment, worried about the time spending on references. 我选第一个，1.unfair, 2.should learn to make a schedule by herself.第六题，two types of reciprocity. 1. general r 2. balance r. take a example in a new department demanding a new bed. In g case,a brother will give you a new bed as a gift and do not need packback, because of the particularly deep relationship. I b case,neighbor give you a new bed and anticipate the money back as soon as possible. 

11.30 距离考试7天，一起努力，谢谢大家支持！

昨晚学习了作文模板。还是不太敢用，不过第二段决定多写点，举两个例子（以前一直不舍得举，亏大了），一个正面，某人做了某事，结果。。。，一个反面，某人没做某事，结果不。。。第二段举一个正面的例子就好了。第三段可以列举做某事的其它merits。结尾还是很要提一下反面的优点，然后所做某事的优点overwhelming 不做某事，所以重复下二三段的优点。

早上读了几个段子，里面包括了主要的句式，机构和一些toefl常用素材，包括 pressure, health, job opportunity, traffic congestion 等。

三篇听写（今天有点多，中间开小差了）。第一篇关于petroleum， mainly talking about oil counties like Iran, Iraq, Russia, Norway. 还有organization, say, OPEC. 还讲到了一些 large companies control nearly 80% percent of the oil supply. 第二篇关于test the harm level of drug. new method using live liver cells instead of resources from rats and deadly human. With a higher accurate consequence, this method can test the harm level during a longer period than used. 第三篇关于 how to stop smoking.

口语：2006.11.18 没有第四题的口语材料。第一题，the most job you like to choose, of course, i choose the professor in university. 1.dream when i was young. 2. steady income and respect from society. 3. have time reading more reference books and do economic research for my interest.第二题, how to send unexceptional money, 1. buy big house and a car in practice purpose. 2. buy a sports car for myself. 3. have a long vocation with my family in foreign countries like USA, Franch, Germany. 第三题，two proposals for the school's health center. the man holds a negtive view, 1. adding new doctor is no use for improving the quality of the service, because health center have limited room for new doctors. 2. Opening at weekend also unnecessary, because, some students are not on campus and others will do other business at weekend. he thinks the school should add more stuff and rooms for health center..第五题。they are preparing the discussing in the professor's seminar. the economics pricnple book which the man needs will be due in two days. two sueegstion.1, pretend to forget the due day, answer the email from lib later. 2. share with the women. 我选二，1.high penalty。 2. share the book creats chance to discuss with the women that make he learn more. 第六题：两种人的不同之处， 用job interview as an example. internal world people: pratice make perfect. external world people, sucessful or failure in interview depends on lucky.
