诚心请问大家这封推荐信找同事写或是大学同学写比较好

理论上应该是找同事比较好

可是找同学可以谈Teamwork的面向比较广

1. School Project 2.Extracurricular 3. Life & Living Experience 4. 生涯发展Attitude

大家觉得呢？？

You already have two RLs from workplace. I think it is better to use peer RL from extracurricular/volunteer activities.

It depends on who knows you better, can speak for your abilities, and back them up with concrete examples.

It might make sense to talk to both candidates and get a good sense of what they'd be able to put in the recommendation. Good luck!
