查了以前的讨论 仍然不理解

（我觉得主要是句子意思，BANS是禁止一种行为，这种行为应该是“landfills accept leaves, brush, and grass clippings ”，而不是CANNOT，否则就变成支持它了，双重否定。由于THAT 后的成分是完整的, THAT从句只能看成同位语, 但语意上不合逻辑, 禁止...不被接受, 那就是要接受LEAVES ETC）

我的问题是

实行禁令 这个禁令不让垃圾场接受树子等 不会出现不合逻辑  双重否定的现象啊  因为是同位语  所以翻起来  应该是

错误是不是因为不能用cannot 必须要用must not

另外 OG语法上不对 为何不对 是否只能用分词修饰
