答案是C 也是一個不甚理解 我覺得D也可以的說

很擔心實戰靈活的題目無法應變...

D的话 提炼一下句子成分： the replacement and improments, the output tripled... 前面的从句完全是个名词性的短语，在句子里是不能构成成分的。

C的with构成独立主格结构，距离这个结构最近的名词结构正好也是主句的主语，所以并不存在修饰歧义。
