While sometimes there are people who behave slightly different when they are in different clothes, I think, generally, most people behave in a constant why which is determined by many factors, clothes not included.
The first factor that determines, to some extent, a person's behavior is the education he or she receives. It is very common to see that a graduate student behave with much more maturity and elegance than someone who receives only high school education. Since education is one of the most important processes that a person gets socialized and learns to play social roles, it is fair to conclude that education is the primary determinant of one's behavior.
Meanwhile, the actual environment, or the context, of one’s behavior also contributes a lot to one's behavior. One at a highly formal state dinner will definitely behave differently, maybe much more gentle and polite, comparing to how he might behave at a casual family gathering. This is because that the social environment directly stimulates one's nerve system and the brain which then controls the body to respond appropriately.
Besides, one's mood is another important factor that affects his or her behavior. It is easy to image that an alert and responsible driver drives more safely and steadily than a drunken one or a desperately sad one. And when a person is happy, he or she tends to view the world with more gratitude and treat others more politely than a person filled with disappointment and hatred. In a word, one's mood, or emotional conditions also have great impact on his or her behavior.
In the final analysis, it is easy to see that normally, people behave in a very predictable way in which main factors that affect such behavior is known and the mechanism of human behavior is partly explored. Although these explorations and their findings cannot be equal to the ability to predict with accuracy what a certain person will do at a certain time, we can still learn from our own everyday experience and related scientific knowledge that clothes people wears have little, if not at all, influences on the way people behave.
