请教DELTA的一句话

请问我在做delta 听力部分quiz5第一篇时遇到一句话不大懂

anyway it‘d be a way in the door

另外在quiz5 中第一篇最后一段老师说：“scicentists should try to influence how technology applies the discoveries of science。我个人觉得跟上一段学生说的:"scientists shoud educate the publish the consequences of certain tech."对应不上，好像特分裂。
