I got the email from the adcom, she said:

We have gone through our resources and this is what the committee has to offer.
If you could get a statement from the U.S. Consulate of Education qualifying
this institution in China then our committee would reconsider your application.
The time line now is late for Fall 07 but we would be more than happy to
consider you for the next incoming term of Spring 08.

I google the name of insitution, but cannot find its information.....

As international student, I am told that I need to verify my degree in theri conutry's education insitution! I am sefl-sudy student, and got 公证处公证，I don't know why they cannot find my school name on the list of their verified school! My school is the famous one in guangzhou~~

You can even ask other universities in the USA and see whether they will recognize your school.
