As you will be attending the World MBA Fair in Shanghai on Saturday 15th, it occurred to us that you might be interested in learning more about the INSEAD MBA programme, available on the two INSEAD campuses in Fontainebleau, France and in Singapore. In addition to attending this fair on 15th, INSEAD will be holding a special MBA Information Session on Monday next week:

This event will give you an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in our intensive one-year programme, now available on our two campuses for the January and the September starts. It will also be an occasion to hear first-hand from a group of alumni about how INSEAD has contributed to their careers. It consists of a presentation of the INSEAD MBA Programme by Gary Lipkowitz, MBA Assistant Director, Marketing, comments from INSEAD MBA Alumni and a question & answer session. It will be followed by a cocktail at which potential candidates will be able to mix informally with graduates of the Programme.

We thought we might take this opportunity to inform you of some major recent developments at INSEAD. In addition to moving between the two INSEAD campuses, students from both campuses have the opportunity to take electives at Wharton for one period, subject to seat availability. The MBA curriculum has been redesigned starting in September 2003 entry, offering 13,5 compulsory core courses, and a minimum of 10 electives which students can choose from over 80 possibilities. The admissions process has also been changed, with the implementation of staged deadlines.
Finally, as you may have already heard, INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore was rated the best non-US business school in Business Week's biannual, and in the Financial Times annual global ratings. This, of course, strengthens our position worldwide, and we are delighted to be able to share this good news with you.
