1. 除了composer自己在1911年一场演唱会中表演过之外，SJ的...在其完成后的61年中从未produced，直到1972年
2. in the mid-1960's 表示60年代中期。the 60's 表示60年代 (这个应该比较简单，不明白的话可要加油ooo )

1,2正如楼上说的，就不赘述了

3，partly because...partly because看上去是平行，可选项不能只看平行，还要看句义，d中should和被动用法都不对，而且动作的执行者是their steers, 而e中动作执行者是cattle breeders, 结构是cattle breeders use crossbreeding to acquire...与d相比，e中表达更好，更准确

4的答案是e吗?选项不能只看所有格，还要看其他结构，in two letters的位置，以及是two letters还是the nephew of Pliny the Eider是the only eyewitness account of the great eruption of Vesuvis都是错误选项中涉及到的，另外个人认为the nephew of Pliny the Eider与Pliny the Eider’s nephew是等价的
