They want to know what kind of person you are NOW. If you are creative, then show them your creativity. If you are mature girl, then show them your maturity.
my understanding is: they want me to show my creativity. going through the viewbook of GIT, I agree that tech is one big point of their mba program. my field is in HR and i came from a E-business company. I will talk about the tech in my second essay. so, to this one, I prefer more casual topic.
