[求助]GPA 以及成绩单问题

大家好，我想请教两个问题：

1。 本科平均分80.3分，但自己学校算出来的GPA只有2.97，怎么办？按照哪一个作为成绩呢。

2。 从网站上下载了申请学校的成绩单表格，是自己填写各课程的原始成绩，还是交给以前的学校请他们代填。
