香港科大MBA北京讲座 – 如何成就卓越领导

To fly high in your career, a better understanding of a successful leader would be helpful:

Professor Weldon is Adjunct Associate Professor at the HKUST Business School. Before joining HKUST, Prof. Weldon has served on the faculties of Northwestern Kellogg School, University of Illinois, and Indiana University. She was also a Professor at IMD in Switzerland, where she taught and designed executive programs focused on leadership, corporate renewal, and strategic human resource management.
Delivered along with an Introduction to the HKUST Full-time MBA Program.

Weldon教授是Center for Creative Leadership的H. Smith Richardson访问学者。在此之前，她是瑞士國際管理發展學院组织行为学的教授。並於瑞士國際管理發展學院长期从事领导力、企业革新、策略性人力资源管理领域的计划和教学工作。另外，她还担任中国北京大学EMBA的教学工作。

曾穫专业奖项选录：

Weldon教授的研究成果曾多次榮获美国心理学会机构之一的管理学会和产业组织心理学会的嘉奖。她还多次获得教学奖。1992年至1996年Weldon教授在印第安纳州立大学任教，并获得MBA项目的特别嘉奖。在凯洛格管理学院研究生院的芝加哥大学教育荣誉教学名录上，她多次榜上有名。她还曾获香港科技大学MBA杰出教育奖。

Weldon教授目前正从事三方面的研究工作：高潜力领导者的发展需要，中国企业的领导力发展，以及敏捷灵活型企业的组织构架。2004年，她的专著《战略创作：高速灵活管理方法》被FT-Prentice Hall出版；她亦是《中国的组织与管理》 (Macmillan, 2000) 的共编者之一，她参与编辑《全球领导力進階》第四卷将在2005年由JAI Press出版。

当时安排这个时间一方面是考虑到周末大家上午的休息时间，另一方面是因为教授的时间安排需要错开，我们虽然没有安排午餐，但是安排了茶点。欢迎大家过来，现在我把具体的行车路线告诉大家：

1、公共汽车记不全了，有21路，712路等到月坛南桥下往网通集团大厦方向走，网通大楼东面的便是富凯大厦

2、坐地铁到复兴门站，沿金融街往北200米左右到富凯大厦，门口还有一块牌子是中国证监会，B座403室

3、自驾车的话沿西二环由北往南到月坛北街左转，然后第一个红绿灯右转，看到中国富凯大厦或中国证监会便是，大门上方有“新年快乐”四字
