不是 conceive of ... to be ... 所以 E 不对。

我不同意以下观点：

原文： a tool for private conversation是修饰telephone,而C选项却用去修饰a radio.

我认为：

a tool for private conversation 应该是radio 的同位语，这样的话才和未划线部分a tool....取得逻辑意思上的一致。
