Do you agree or disagree that progress is always good? Use specific reasons and

examples to support your answer.

My response: 

There is no denying the fact that If progress is always good is a hot topic which is much talked

not only by scientists but also by normal people across the world, according to my own experience

and emotional concern, there is no absolutely judgment for the progress is good or bad. 

People who support the perspective that progress is always good may have follow reasons. The first,

progress has benefit our daily life very much, like the invention of the autos, it helps people to move

 faster, the telephone and mobile phone implement human's dream that talking to each other in remote

distance. The second, the medicine and cure progress make it possible to cure lots of diseases which

 regards as deadly illness. 

However, as a proverb saying, everything has two sides, the opinion progress always good does have

its seemingly profound  reasons, at the mean time, progress also bring us plenty of problems some of

 them even threaten human's survival, concerning this point, I can think of no better illustration of the

 idea than the facts, the most obviously fact is the large scale industry worsen the environment, and

sand storm, acid rain alike bad weather is start to come up more frequently, as a result of the strange

weather, many new diseases appear to people's life, like AIDS,SARS which have killed thousands of

 people, moreover, as the nuclear technology progress, the nuclear bomb, a extremely dangerous

weapon successfully developed, it's said that all nuclear bombs put together, the earth could be

destroyed hundreds times, no doubt, it's a tremendous potential threaten to human beings 

Objectively speaking, no one can ignore the added convenience and satisfaction offered by all kinds

of progress, yet everyone has to face the possible horrible result caused by certain progress. actually

 as far as I concerned, there is no fault for any progress, it’s good or bad totally depends on the way

people utilize it, if people use it to improve human’s life, it can bring us numerous advantage, in the

other hand, if anyone using it with immoral purpose, the progress may result in a terrible disaster.

楼主语法方面还是比较有问题的,还有就是注意用词.抽象化的词少用.口语化的词别用.
