Cliff和Al的车应该表达为Cliff and Al‘s car；
应该是be able to see clearly and easily ...
no.8, first of all, police is a countable noun which can mean policeman or police station, so you can already exclude "much" and "little"; if you choose "many", then it should be followed by polices, not police. So the only choice should be the last one, D.

As per the first one, I think the right answer is B, since there is a phrase "as...as" But I am not quite sure...

I know it is not my business, but I have to say, that most of this problems are nonsense. Spending too much of time on it will not help you. Of course it will not hurt if you get time.
