首先你题目输的有问题,concerns changes 多了个s,那答案就不一样了.

E意思搭配不对,变成legacy...is realizing their concerns changes as well. it's wrong expression.

\剩下只有　B D,但D从局意理解来看,所谓的平行应该是to do A is to do B,但这里主语是legacy, to appeal是修饰campaign的.

我的看法是：legacy用to不如用名词好，这样名词对名词结构。而且to也会产生修饰的歧义，会认为和to appeal平行，修饰compaign，导致legacy无谓语，句子结构混乱。

不定式用来表示目的，所以aim，ｇｏａｌ之类的次就可以用ｔｏ　ｄｏ　ｓｔｈ，因为目的是．．．．．

ｌｅｇａｃｙ是＂遗产＂的意思，和ｔｏ搭配怎么能行呢？

我觉得是否可以用ｔｏ　ｄｏ不能简单地看他所修饰对象的词性，而是应该根据他修饰对象的意思出发来判断逻辑上合不合理．

gmat讲究在现有条件下挑出最好的，这题有名词就不要其他形式，符合ets的平行原则。就像我们能开宝马就不开福特一样。

我的问题是能不能请高手翻译一下此句。

One legacy is to realize 表目的,为愿望,未完成,但是One legacy怎么会是未完成呢?

如果把此句改为:
One aim is the realization
One aim is to realize
很明显应该选第二句,即动词,那么8楼的说法就有问题了.我记得XDF说名词>动词>抽象名词,realization是不是抽象名词?看来无论是不是,此处应该不适用此规则.
