They will want to know how great you are, not how great your company is. It will be helpful, of course, just like you'll get some bonus points if you went to KU for your undergrad verses a no-name school but it's not the deciding factor.
Starting salary is just, well the starting salary. Bonus will come and raise will come, depending on your performance. Won't it look great if you can double your salary in a year or two?
Don't pass up any opportunity to challenge and stretch yourself. That's what people hope to gain with a business school anyway.
