Career Gap

I also got a big headache here for one-year employment gap, and have been trying to figure out how to explain it.  Could you please share more of your experiences with me? When explaing to this gap, what do I need to focus on?  So far, what I have in my mind is 1) what I did during this period? 2) what I got in this year?   Is there anything I still need to pay more attention to?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             in 2004, the main reason that I quitted the job  was for preparing for GMAT(I know now it's very unwise ><""), but my first AT score was poor, so I took the 2nd test after 1.5 month. After finishing AT test and essays,  the 3rd-round deadline of many schools was overdue or approaching, but I still summitted the applications to 6 schools , but only Wake Forest accetped me.   In 2005, when I arrived Wake Forest, my friend recommended me to join her company (very famous internationl FMCG company). After evaluaiton , I decided to go back to my country to join this company, because I thought this choice was better for future career development. What will schools think about this decision? Is there anything they will feel immature or too impusitive?  What I want to focus on is Operation Management (Supply Chain Management). My major in University is BA, I took some related classes,  Right now, I know much better abou what i want and the bottleneck I have, so decided to attend MBA porgram.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 My first job is related to Opearion Planning. Likewise, my second job and 3rd job(current) is also related operation.  Upon the enroIment, I stay in three different companies in 3 years (one company for one year), but the job function is very similar.     That I changed 3 companies in 3 years is because of friends' recommendation, and I think the new company offers not only better paycheck but also better development.   Do you think it will hurt my application due to this change?
