本科强申法兰克福 GSEFM marketing phd 面试怎么破

985经济学小本，申了几个research master，顺便申了下法兰的marketing phd，然后今天来面试了...然后看了下他们PHD的背景，然后发现每个人都有至少一个master，然后panic了，不知道我这种本科强申的有木有，一年qualify hold不hold得住？还有项目录取流程没有说要interview，觉得有点疑惑，请问有面试过的大侠吗，跪求面试经验...另外手头有一个格村research master的全奖offer，另外在等RSM rm的答复，不然我直接从了？

GSEFM那个program作为research master是很好的，课程设置很不错，但是直接读phd的话还是慎重考虑一下。Groningen的RM全奖其实蛮好的，读完之后跳到不错的PhD program的可能性还是不小的

谢谢zjq407答复，因为格村coordinator跟我说，格大尤其marketing phd毕业还是挺多去了业界，rm毕业去phd项目的一般在荷兰国内比较受重视，欧洲范围还行，北美就没人去过，虽然看到我想做的cb方向还是有一些挺不错的prof，但这样的placement有点让人疑惑...
法兰research master 是quant marketing，自诩没做modeling的禀赋哇，虽然修过高级微观和高级计量...倾向做consumer behavior，难道说我可以直接弃面了...

如果确定只想做CB的话，去格村的RM蛮好的，读完之后去Tilburg/Erasmus继续PhD应该还是很有戏的吧，至于申北美学校怎么样这个不好说，这个跟你这两年里的research做的如何以及推荐信有很大关系。
不过个人建议对究竟是做CB和quant还是不要那么草草的就做决定。

法兰克福本身就可以本科直接读，你完全有资格，根本不算强申
另外，格大有跟你说它家PhD的placement如何么？

yeah, the requirement of admission saYS the bottom line is a bachelor's degree in econ or business, but when I checked their phd's background, none of them actually started phd with undergraduate background. And honestly, i dont think I am better prepared than a lot bachelor students, so it gonna be really tough if I join them I suppose XD

And the marketing prof who contacted me asked me to send him an English thesis, I don't have English thesis for now and think i might not ready for that. Maybe I should withdraw the interview XDDDD, cuz even if got offer, i might not join them.

yeah, Groningen told me some went to the industry in Netherland, EU or US. Others start academic path in Netherland, and other research institutes in Europe. I think its not hard to continue PHD study after RM in Groningen though.

Thx, zjq407, its not a quick decision. As I said I attended Advanced micro, uncertainty and Advanced metrics courses, my metrics sucks, which means I cant do empirical modeling, and micro is ,well, I would say just reasonable, not gifted, and , I think CB is more interesting

I'll think about your suggesting, am waiting for the result from RSM, if RSM give me offer, then no doubts join them right...

下午拿到了RSM的全奖，其实也就一年10，000欧，第二年还要看能不能做RA， RA的话是600一个月；格村实打实一年12,000，都是research master in marketing, personal喜欢格村那个城市，还有项目coordinator人太好了...但rational的角度似乎RSM 完爆格村，求建议哇！
