（2）时间轴上应该先是the last two years，然后再是first three months of this year，如果是这样，E中的having fallen不是很符 合时态吗？

我始终不清楚with的用法

对过去完成时和一般过去时的判断也有些迷糊（虽然一直非常清楚“过去的过去”才会使用过去完成时，但在实际判断中很容易出错，多是把应该使用一般过去时的判断成为过去完成时）

首先，e是错的，having fallen表示两年前一直到现在，但事实是到今年前三个月前，动作应该就停止了，所以不能选c

并不是with的问题
