4。 流动的管理, 或者说不同岗位的流动可以给员工最大的好处: 锻炼自己, 认识自己, 实现career goal.

admittedly,流动的管理,岗位的流动也可能带来管理层的不稳定,however,利大于弊

补充:5.一个尊重员工,受人尊敬,令人认同的公司应该提供平等的工作机会给它的EMPLOYEES。这样除了可以更好找到合适的管理人员外,也令公司的员工清楚认识自己,知道自己的优势和弱点,无论对公司,对社会都是有好处的/


6.另外,我觉得也可以根据这个PASSAGE提出一些建议什么的,比如,不要单单局限于management level的工作,可以是其他性质的,这样更能为公司找到合适的人才,也更能发挥员工的积极性和主观能动性.......这个题目我比较好写,应该很多可以写的.....



BTW,想问一下,做AI是不是也要论述passage的正反面的?

I'm not very sure the exact meaning of this issue after reading your outlines.

Initially,
I thought it was about the fairness of promotion to all employees. But
from your outlines, it seems not what I had thought. My outline is as
follows.

1/ Granting all employees the opportunity to move into management-level
position is the basic obligation that all companies should provide to
its employees. Under our social security law, all companies should work
against discrimination against sex, race, and religion. ....Moreover,
the action of granting fair opportunity  is consistent with our
democratic ethics of opportunity equality. ...

2/ By providing equal oppotunity of promotion, emlpoyees will
feel  motivated and deserved of contribution.... In addition, it
will help form a homoniousness and collaboration between employees.

3/ It would also contribute to a better reputation for the company. For example, the "Bench Plan" in IBM
