Many schools don't require T if you already get a master in English speaking country, but some require it should be a two year program, instead of one year. And a few schools require T for any student whose native language is not English, regardless of education history.
So the best way is to visit websites or contact with ad officer of the specific programs you choose.
General business school require students who come from non-English country to write TOEFL test in applying. But also some business school can waive this requirement if you have studied in English speaking university for more than one year.
So just check out the exact requirement in different schools.
