又注:好象1)也没错.

This one is very puzzling. If we do not consider that "their" should be "its", I'd say 1 is better, because I feel "may not only" in 2 is not clear. But I am not sure if 倒装可以出现在宾语从句中 as 1
又注:现在觉得2好.1是有些不对称."not only may the company"倒装后,我认为"but also"必须领一句话.(不知这么想对不对?).
2应该没毛病.

什么不对称?
在NOT ONLY倒装的情况下，ＢＵＴ　ＡＬＳＯ一定要是一个句子么？

我想这边如果是倒装，那应该有两种解释：
其一、the company may not only boost
if so，是对称的！

其二、not only the company may boost
if so , 那就不对称拉！

也许从歧义来讲会更妥当一点，那最终还是要求和but also的对称！
