I'm puzzled too. Is it fair that they think you don't need a MBA, but as matter of fact you think you do? or is it "they don't think you need one"just a metaphor for "they don't think you are qualified(even you think you do)"? or is there really such thing called "over-qualified" exit? maybe just because wharton doens't need you as much as you need them. everyone of us is replaceable.
my take is that they really can't rely on interview to get the idea of who you are and what you want. If you screwed up your essay, you are screwed. |
