Dear xdjm,

I am just admitted by Simon for the 2005 fall semester. Is there anyone who gets the same offer? Maybe we could go to simon together.

Simon asks for $1500 non-refundable deposit, but say if i do not get my visa, will the deposit be refunded? Would appreciate your kind help!

我赶了最后一轮申请。呵呵，其间学校又没收到我的TOEFL成绩，来回一折腾就这么晚了。谢谢大家的关心。

they will refund your deposit if you fail to get visa. i guess all schools act the same way in this policy.

in my Offer information Booklet, it is clearly indicated that this deposit (initial payment) is non-refundable, except in the following situations in which case your desposit will be refunded in FULL.

1, you fail to meet the conditions of your offer by 1 August 2005

2, you are refused a visa to enter the UK(proof must be submitted)

thanks. unfortunatetly, I didn't find any info about refunding my deposit in my offer letter. really worried about this.
