where can I take college level statistics?

学校要求我take one semester of college level statistics at any accredited college or university....有没有过来人告诉我哪里可以报这样的课程呢？

In US, you can take it in any accredited community college. It is very inexpensive and easy. You can contact you local community colleges to see whether they are accredited, I bet you most of them are.

I think Chinese college students are required to take at least one year of  "higher Math" or " Advanced Math"-- at least for students in Science. It covers the topic such as statistics. You should let them know what you learned in college. Explain this to the ADcom. Most of them have pretty good experience on the education system in countries like China. And if you had ever taken any statistic related course, or any course ever mentioned probability or statistic distribution, or this kind of concept, list it to the Adcom.  

If they insist, You may have to call your local universites to see if you can register a course.  I know it is not easy. And you shall bring this issue to the school you applied to see if they have other options. Sorry that I can not help you more.

I will go back to check my mathmatic books.....I majored in Law at college but did have a selected course of mathmatics.
