I had the interview two years ago.

Questions are quite common, such as why Smith, career goal, three adjectives to describe you, etc. The only one that was a bit out of blue is "your view on success".

我在9月份MBA Tour的时候，为了练习interview，搞到5个adcom面试，其中包括Sabrina White(admission director, maryland)的面试。

由于被她撞见和UNC还有Indiana的面试，所以她一上来就挺challenge的。 问题包括：

1) go through your resume
2) your post-mba goal
3）why smith
4) one failure and how to do better
5) leading experience
6) international experience
7) weakness（我说了一个；可能是太顺了，她让我再说一个，我想了半天才回答上）

我问问题的时候，我问了关于"fear the turtle"的由来。挺好的，气氛很轻松，我们不断地互相开玩笑，最后还聊到我会画中国画。她说她喜欢艺术，希望我把我画的画拍些照片给她。
