请教材料递交时间

我想请问一下，一般学校在Round 1和Round 2的deadline之间递交材料的话是不是跟在Round 2 deadline最后递交是一样的，或是每所学校不同？比如Chicago和UCLA呢

If the school does not read applications on ROLLING basis, then 在Round 1和Round 2的deadline之间递交材料的话是跟在Round 2 deadline最后递交是一样.

If the school reads applications on ROLLING basis, then 在Round 1和Round 2的deadline之间递交材料的话不是跟在Round 2 deadline最后递交是一样.
