整体过程：交完网申，一天后收到邮件链接，要求三天内完成kira面试。感觉题库蛮大，而且信息比较少，希望我的分享能帮到大家
面试过程：一共四道题，全是video。10s准备，但是有一段校友读题的视频，所以大概有30s的准备时间；第一题1min回答，后三题2min回答
我遇到的题：

（1）Outside of academics, what are you passionateabout? How does it shape you?
（2）你有没有发现在某种学术领域或技能上，别人比你掌握得更快？你是怎样发现的，你做了什么来解决这个问题，有何种收获？
（3）小组合作时，有一名组员和你们意见都不一致，你会采取何种做法，为什么？
（4）描述一个“你曾负责某项目，但你没有或只有一点思路”的时刻。你如何解决，结果如何，如果能再回到过去，你会怎么做
4. 小红书上遇到的好人分享：
（1）One time you questioned your goals and what wasthe result? What did you learn?
（2）a team member disagree andchallenge you, what would you do?
（3）Tell me the most innovate or unique solutions you have ever implemented or come up with. What improvements did this offer and what was the outcome? If you could go back in time while implementing this, would you do anything differently?
（4）if you can travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why
（5）Tell me about a time when you realiazed that your limitation led to to underperform , what dioyou do and what did you learn
（6）Tell about a time you reach out someone that didn’ t wanna your help when you participate ina group or team setting. How do you react andwhat steps you take in this situation and why
（7）Tell us about a time when you use solution to solve an issue or creat a new direction that ultimately help the success of your project. what step would you take and why? if you can go backtime,would you do anything differently
（8）如果你有一小时无限的金钱，你会怎么做
（9）implementing a solution that has a bigimpact, if go back, will u act differently
