改选D.应该非限制吧，which 修饰前面词组的中心词teches,

我感觉没有一个选项正确,相比而言,C or E 更好.D 应该不对,which 不能指代句子,makes应该用复数形式make.

E中的THAT从句修饰PLANTS 逻辑意义不对吧！而且FOR DOING STH 这种结构不是很好！
