This research group aims to study the fundamental psychology questions by building upon insights, using methodologies and theories from numerous disciplines. Our deepest curiosity lies in understanding the psychological mechanisms of everyday observed behaviors. The first line of research explores how people process social information, especially the cognitive processes related to perception, storage and application of information about other people. The second line of research focuses on judgment and decision making with a particular interest in the psychological processes concerning the emotions, motivations, assessments, reasoning, forecast in everyday planning, judgment formation, and decision making.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist research projects related to interesting judgment and decision making;
* Assist teaching material development for interesting courses.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, marketing, management, statistics, and so on;
* Experience in writing papers, reports, or presentations in English;
* Familiarity with experimental methods and statistics program such as R or SPSS
* Ability to support professors in teaching and administration duties;
* Interest in pursuing advanced degree in any behavioral science discipline, or NOT;
* Mature, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and not completely motivated by money.
