此题如果你认为后面几个例子是对等的，怎么会认为39题是不对等的呢？他们都是一样的啊。

如59题的主语是papaya，120题的主语是Sun。如果你是指with后面的部分，那与对等也没有关系啊。

这个用the case指代后面相同情况的用法，不需要比较对象对等。

而这个用法，记下来就行了，知道这么用是对的就行了。

比如39题的C用另外一种语序也是对的：As is the case with traditional pharmacies, on-line drugstores rely on prescriptions to be successful.你想强调哪一部分就把哪一部分用作主语。

我的问题是：在未划线部分since引导的从句中it的用法。若是指代前文的drgustore，显然逻辑意思不通。应该是it做形式主语，向后指代that从句，是这样理解吧？此外，since引导的是原因状语从句，对前文进行解释说明的，对吗？

Good point. If the above is true, the correctly way to use “as with” here is: As with other pharmacies, online drugstores rely on prescriptions to have success.

2楼的朋友说的不错. case和prescriptions are the cornerstone of a successful online drugstore是并列关系, 所以用了case就不能as with.
