the first one is only restricted within the Netherlands, while the second one is useful in a bigger country with poor economy.

嗷谢谢大神的回复！一直都有关注你的回帖。
其实我去欧洲读书的最终目的就是留欧甚至拿到permanent residence，从归化考试的角度考虑语言当然是很重要的一部分。但其实我也挺纠结的，因为我也知道在意大利/荷兰读书并不意味着以后会在那个国家工作/定居而且平常的working language应该还是以英语为主……
一开始的目标都放在荷兰了，Bocconi反而是意外惊喜，有点打乱我的计划，导致整个人思绪比较乱。

Put PR/passport aside first. This will be a by-product as long as you get a job somewhere.
Normally only B1 is needed for PR, so language concern for working is way more important than that for PR.

Local language is very important for you as you are reading some soft business major. The most common requirement for those business job in europe is fluent English + fluent local language. You need both at working level. (and you are fighting with some other European students who speak even more languages, familar with the culture there, and dont need the company to sponsor the working visa)

还想请问一下，那我对这两个学校的选择实际上是对国家的选择并且主要取决于我的个人偏好吗？

bocconi一年用不了20万吧，学费大概9万多一年，楼主的专业学费贵吗？

虽然bocconi名气大，我开始也不犹豫选b，后来了解的多了觉得，可能毕业留意的可能性稍小，经济不行，很有可能去荷兰等其他地方就业；然后是荷兰更安全一点；荷兰英语普及度更高，但意大利都是讲意大利语；还有一点是荷兰很多是德国学生，严谨&靠谱，b大部分是意大利学生，他们倾向于意大利语交流，不过这个也要看专业的国际学生多不多，但听有些在读学生反映b小组讨论是有困难的；意大利天气比荷兰好；米兰时尚之都也不错；b的network在上海好像还不错

刚看到楼主是本科。。。我了解的是master，楼主看情况参考，主要看自己想怎么发展吧

B的学费和住宿费加起来有两万欧，再算上生活费和其他费用得准备20万才够。
我也看到论坛里很多前辈都说在欧洲留下来并不是那么容易，不过我想如果我能在意大利/荷兰读三年甚至五年的话语言应该不是大问题。

才本科就想着以后要做management或者consulting了有点早。还是趁年轻多挖掘各方面的可能性吧
