Some people believe that a college education should be available to all students. While others argue that higher education should be available only to good students. The debate is heated these days. As far as I am concerned, the higher education should open to all people.

In the highly competive society, people manage to acquire professional knowledge in universities. With the knowledge, they can achieve the goals, such as living a better life, contributing to the society. However, in some people’s view, only good students can have the opportunity to go to university. It is obviously unfair to others. And How can we judge a person good enough or not? For instance, in China, some people score low in the final exam, but they may be good at chemistry only. How can we refuse to a promising chemist?

It is true that all people should get the chance to college or university. In western developed countries, many people have graduated from college. For example, in USA, more than 68 percent have the college degree or higher. When I went to the Los Angeles, I am impressed by the residents’ knowledge, politeness, the attitude to life. Americans are surely benefit from the university education.

In these years, China government realize that the higher education is necessary to all Chinese. Equipped with more professional knowledge, the people work more efficiently. In survey, most people choose university to be the most important part of their life. For years, more and more students have already studied in university.

Taking into account all these factors, I therefore reinforce my standpoint that the college education should be available to all people.

感觉不错，俺尤其喜欢倒数第二段。第三段的第一句话不好，不适合作分论点，建议改一改，比如，西方社会的发展现状证明普及高等教育是必要的。另外还有一些语法错误，楼主自己再检查一下。
