USCD MSBA 20 FALL KIRA R2 面经

CD上UCSD的KIRA面经都很多，而且都很准。这次碰到的都是面经里面的。不过还是分享出来给大家参考下：

1.       What does the 3-4 year look like after you graduate from your Master's program here at the Rady School of Management in terms of your career? Are there certain positions, industries, or companies that interest you?

2.       How many pieces of popcorn does it need to be filled in the cinema? 有多少unpoped的？

3.       通常用什么programming languages？在哪学的？最近怎么用的？

4.       Please share with me a project that you've completed either in school, your personal life, or at work that used analytics. What did you use - statistics, probability, or regression? What problem was being solved, and how did you solve it?

5.       （writing）It’s important to be able to describe complex ideas in simple terms. Think about a complex problem you worked on recently. Please write an email describing this problem to an acquaintance who doesn’t have a technical or quantitative background. Be sure to describe the original issue and goal, your approach, the tools used, the solution and/or outcome, and what you learned.

其中的1.3.4.5 题，结合CD上其他伙伴的面经，基本上都是一样的。直接准备就好了。第2题的market sizing题，看到有人说过官方要求是只要能自圆其说，逻辑通顺就好。可以去网上搜搜咨询案例分析的market sizing如何解题。
