i studied in UK for more than one years and one of my friend was offered by LSE. Firstly, u should have a good professional background. and then, u should have a high scores of ur Toefl or Itels, some departments will ask ur GRE score as well. (T: no less then 600, I:no less than 7, G: no less than -- V 550, Q 750, W 4). thirdly, two references are necessary for u, and ur wonderful personal statement can help u greatly. fourth, i think, ur working experience will be helpful for ur admission. LSE is not as difficult as ur expection. Good luck!
