most/all的用法好像是如下，那么half呢？

most/all noun.(plural)

most/all of the noun.(plural)

我觉得肯定是B,在这儿作名词，如果做形容词的话，应该是half a，再者，你把它倒过来看，就是half of Washington's population, "more than"修饰的是half，所以在怎么看half也是名词，为half of.
