不是因为expectation后面跟了两个介词修饰会造成歧意么，到底是personal spending in the July-September quarter 还是expectation in the July-September quarter

the ruble here is doubling, doubling mean the action is still going on. This meaning is not logic in the actual life.

多谢啦，看了ron大神的解释明白了，这里没有名词可以填进去，double的是rate 本身，不用加that 了
