我也是四大国有银行之一，我在总行工作，累计工作8年。客观说，商行背景在申请mba并不占优势，这也是我自己现在申请最头疼的地方。考虑到你才工作两年，而且客户经理这个职位说实话，比较基层，面儿也比较窄，没有涉足到太多的管理，因此工作背景方面可能会比较难以脱颖而出。你可以考虑读个master，或者再工作两年扩充点工作经历顺便把成绩刷高高再试试MBA。目前来说的话，2年商行经验我个人觉得想上好学校的话难度还是比较大的。。。。纯粹个人意见

同行呀握手握手，嗯确实商行的WE和咨询券商投行比起来含金量太低了，而且工作经历也很单一，说实话这个职位没有什么闪光点。我现在也更倾向于MASTER一些。感谢您的建议！

最实际的目标是relocate，职业目标是希望做咨询或者marketing的工作。

是的，MBA申请比master差不多提前小半年了。

so first of all, your question has an easy answer: Apply for an MBA! From the two degrees, it’s by far the more famous one, and one designed for people with work experience. So yep, take that GMAT and that TOEFL, and then once you have your scores, you can start to figure out where exactly would be good for you.

I know that tuition is crazy expensive, but if you get into a good MBA program, it’s almost always worth it. I mean your salary will go up my a multiple of 3-5 (if you are coming from China). Yes, you will have to stay in the West and work at that salary for a few years to be able to pay back your loans, but presumably that’s what you want anyhow?

So basically, keep doing what you are doing. Work hard to get the best test scores you can get, and then let’s take things from there.
