是从政府是否应对企业监管的角度写好，还是从从社会受益的角度，是否政府监管对社会的受益程度大于企业自行管理的角度写好呢？

嘻嘻~我偷懒~三个都可以写...

1、从企业自身角度来说，应该建立自行管理体系，以使企业正常健康运转

2、从政府角度来说，守夜人角色不应该对企业干预过多

3、从社会角度来说，企业自行监管的体制能使社会受益更多...

此题涉及宏观经济学呢，好像词汇比较难写...反正没点都比较难写得深入或很长篇幅，不如就多找几个角度，多方面地论述...增加字数

I agree with the opinion that companies will regulate themselves.  

1,marketing ecomomy determines that entreprenures themselves establish their own's game ruler.Functioning as double roles as rule designers and game players, independent companyies systems will create more profits and benefit society more.  

2,in the modern society, customers request for difference between products, which mearns companies should creat their own's products and services based on their own standards, not obeying a common standard created by government.

3,If government join too much into the running of business, this kind of protection will contradict the fare competition, ruining economy in local area even international scope.
