这两个短语有什么区别吗？ 我的理解是第一个强调下降的动作，第二个强调下降的结果。或许他们本来就没有本质意思上的差别？

我的问题是，b 和 e，我觉得b里面的which没有直待歧义，就是直待market的，但是 the $21 billion book market in the country,和 the country's $21 billion book market在表达式就不一样。

我是这样理解的，请指正。

the $21 billion book market in the country 表示了 在这个国家的一个价值21 billion的书市，不表示书市和国家之间的所有关系。但是，the country's $21 billion book market就表达了这样的所属关系。所以e更好，外加which的直待更清楚。
