以下是引用suncola在2005-4-6 13:25:00的发言:Interesting. Just read through all this Wharton MBA's posts on Wenxuecity (that's a lot). In all his posts, he (I guess it is a He) always complains that he can't find a job with so much qualifications and plenty of work experiences. But I just find that originally he was looking for a job with 300k (I think it is in USD) right after MBA graduation. That may be too high for a fresh graduate.
Besides, he mentions some "stupid white" men in his class find IB job 240k annually. Such a lot? I thought it should be around 100-150k (salary and signing bonus).
Once again, a top MBA can't ensure the 100% success. It still depends on a lot of factors.
HI: Suncola, congratulation to your admit by Columbia! I leave some message to you. Check email box.
In China's funds, the porforlio manager's pay is NO less than that of a US colleagus. Here in my place, we have top fund manager who earns 3,000K+ RMB annually, not including bonus and personal gain. The black box is huge. It all depends on how you network.
