我想明年申请那里的management的PhD，不知道申请难度以及将来找教书的工作机会怎么样？这里的大虾多，请多多指教！

The Management/OB at Florida is normally under-evaluated. But their program is very very strong, especially in HR. Judge, Tosi, etc are all well known in the field. They were pretty full this year. Do check with them to see whether they have any openings before you apply next year. Compared with other top programs, it may be easier to get into their program. But keep in mind that it is also very competitive.

I never said the program's reputation is not good. It is certainly well respected within the field. But it is normally underevaluated by outsiders. Job market depends on many factors. For yourself, publications will be one of the most important. But there are always factors you cannot control. For example, economy is important as well. The job market was very bad last year due to the bad economy. All in all, getting into a very good program alone cannot guarantee your future job prospect. Hope this helps.
